Robert is a successful, driven and dynamic public health physician and health economist with over 36years’ work experience and research interests in health policy and systems: health financing and economics, policy, planning and management.
He is a effective communicator with expertise in building strategic alliances and empowerment with diverse communities and different shades of life. Passionate about team work, multi-disciplinary collaboration, capacity building, leadership in public health, knowledge transfer and applied research.
Prof Robert Basaza has 50 publications: 39 Journal articles, 3 textbooks, and 8 book chapters.
