Is the Managing Director at CCEPO. Boniface is an epidemiologist, health policy and impact evaluation expert with over 15 years of experience and history of working with public health programs.
Dr. Francis Runumi Mwesigye
Director
He is a medical doctor specializing in Health Planning, Financing and Policy and has worked in the Planning, Financing and Policy arena for the last 36 years and previously headed the Planning, Financing and Policy Department of Ministry of Health, Uganda for 12 years.
Mr. Emmanuel D. Otieno
Research Scientist
A Research Scientist with publications in health economics, tobacco control, health insurance, non-communicable diseases, sexual and reproductive health, disability and innovation, occupational and environmental health.

He is a Development Consultant with over twelve (12) years’ worth of consulting experience. He is currently a Programmes Associate with Centre for Community Evidence-based Options (CCEPO).
