CCEPO has developed expertise in providing support for the less privilege women, youths and children through skills acquisition, entrepreneurship training including implementing coaching and mentorship clinics and empowerment programs as well as financial inclusion programs including linkage to micro-credit schemes.
Our Model for Promoting Youth Voice and Agency
CCEPO’s model recognizes that youths, especially the young women are central to transforming agriculture and food systems, yet their voices are often underrepresented in decision-making spaces. Our approach places youths at the forefront, equipping them with the skills, platforms, and opportunities needed to actively shape agricultural policies, markets, and community norms. We move beyond participation to change agents, ensuring youths not only engage, but influence, lead, and benefit from agricultural systems.
