Objectives

• To strengthen people for success through competence development.
• Developing, enhancing and growing people skills and organisation.
• To promote sound public policy through relevant and active research, and strategic and informed advocacy.
• To promote a higher standard of living, equal opportunities, civic empowerment, social responsibility, political participation, democratic dialogue and social justice.
• To engage in development oriented research and documentation.
• Produce useful research evidence to inform policy and practice
• Support the use research evidence to inform policy and practice.
• Support the use of research evidence amongst decision-makers in Uganda
• Support the production of high quality impact evaluations and assessments.
• Build strategic local, national, regional and international partnerships with the shared vision of ensuring research is high quality useful and used.
• To establish and support or aid in the establishment of any charitable or benevolent Company or institution having objectives similar to those of the Company and to subscribe, or guarantee money for charitable or benevolent purposes being similar to the purpose of the Company or calculated together its objectives and purposes.
• To improve, manage, develop grant rights or privileges in respect of or otherwise deal with, al/ or any part of the property and rights of the Company.
• Disseminate knowledge and information of every kind as the organisation deem fit.
• To do all such other things as may be deemed incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objectives or any of them.
